FAQs
How do I set up and get brewing?
When brewing the device on either the stove, induction hob etc; try not to leave it unattended. For the best tasting coffee. Take it off the heat before it goes above 94C or the coffee may taste bitter.
What can I use in the brewing machines?
We recommend using a fine to medium coarse grind to get the best coffee. Check out our Groove Compact coffee bean grinder to aid you coffee journey.
What happens if I wish to return my item?
We try our hardest to make the refund or replacement process as easy as possible. However, we need as much help from you to ensure that you are properly serviced. We will refund most unwanted goods provided they are returned to us within 14 days of receipt complete, and in their original packaging. Visit our Returns & Refunds page for more info.
What happens if the item I received is damaged?
For any item damaged upon arrival, you should contact us within 30 days of when it arrived. Joy Resolve Ltd. will replace the item or part at no charge, with a new product of the same model. Please note we will only exchange affected parts. Visit our Warranty & Defects page for more info.
